Rachel Weingarten is the Membership and Events Manager at CBHA. Prior to moving to California, she was Director of Community Training at Community Outreach Wisconsin, a program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in the community. Rachel has a lifelong interest in serving and advocating for BIPOC and individuals with disabilities and has been fortunate that she can serve these communities in her work life. The topic of behavioral health is of specific interest to her, and she is delighted she can share her knowledge to further the important work of CBHA.

Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In her free time she enjoys creating things, attempting to garden, spending time with her family, and meeting new people with the help of her golden retriever.
