M. Eliza Caliolio is the communications and member services manager at the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies where she is responsible for the production of association communications to members and the public, maintains and updates the website, and manages the social media accounts. She is responsible for membership services including renewals, maintaining the membership database, providing support to the Membership Committee to name a few. She also develops and manages the Business Associate and Affiliate programs to increase revenue.

Eliza was a journalism student at Sacramento City College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the California State University, Sacramento in 2014 and was part of the Sacramento State Debate Team.

Prior to joining the team at the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies, Eliza worked at the Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission and supervised student assistants and had overseen the creation of ‘The Prop 63 Story’ book project under the guidance of the director of communications.

Eliza is an advocate for mental health, social justice, and a determined voice for animal welfare/rights.
