CBHA is excited to announce our first in-person event since the beginning of the pandemic! Reimagining the Behavioral Health Workforce on January 24th, 2022 9 AM - 5:00 PM PST is an in-person opportunity to engage with policymakers and leaders in the behavioral health arena and discuss issues of concern, including youth behavioral health, the opioid epidemic, homelessness, and the behavioral health workforce crisis.
Expanding the behavioral health workforce, which includes recruiting, training, and retaining staff, is a top priority for CBHA. Join us as we work strategically and collaboratively to pursue public policy initiatives that create system change for diverse communities across our state.
COVID-19 protocols will be in place, including requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event, social distancing, and mandatory masking regardless of vaccination status. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot ASAP.
CBHA has reserved rooms for those coming from outside of Sacramento, please see the registration page for more information. We will also be hosting a social hour from 5:30-7:00 PM PST. Finally, there will be a members-only policy breakfast on January 25th, 2021 from 9-10:30 AM PST, to rsvp please see the registration page.
